Summer is over. Open Air Festival season is over. Winter is coming. We nevertheless stop in between for an autumn overlook.
30 years Rockharz – here we were!
Early July 2023, the metal community has already seen the first festivals this year, small ones like RMD’z at Oschersleben, or mid sized like Metal Frenzy Festival, Gardelegen in Germany or Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium and many more with Rock Harz Festival in plain sight. This year marks the 30th anniversary and promises the best line-up ever with some surprise acts for about 25.000 spectators.
30 years Rockharz – here we come!
We can call it a successful festival 2022, resulting into an already sold out festival 2023. The date is 5th to 8th July 2023 with the possibility to arrive from 4th on. It is the place which creates legends and tales to be told at the campfire from generation to generation of headbangers!
Zoom into the Ultima Ratio Fest 2022 (in Geiselwind)
The Ultima Ratio Fest caravan delivers a set of gems, no, actually of most exquisite crown jewels of harsh metal to our door-step venues in Europe these days. Finnish melancholic metal wizards, Insomnium and the Portuguese gothic metalists of Moonspell share their co-headlining tour in the finest company of Borkagar, Wolfheart and Hinanyana.
Dark River Festival 2021
In the woods of the faraway Northern realms, the Dark River Festival was held year after year. Neither rains nor storms, nor foes either huge or invisible could stop Kymi clan from celebrating life with heavy music.
