SKYND’s Dead Serious Tour: A Gruesome Gathering at Im Wizemann

The air at Im Wizemann Stuttgart usually hums with eclectic energy, but on April 15th, 2026, it felt like walking into a crime scene that hadn’t been cordoned off yet. SKYND brought their Dead Serious Tour to town, and while the venue wasn’t “packed to the rafters” – rumors of sluggish pre-sales meant there were a few more gaps in the crowd than this caliber of show deserves – the atmosphere was thick with a different kind of density.

A Killer Subculture Mash-up

What the room lacked in shoulder-to-shoulder sweat, it made up for in sheer, diverse vibe. In a brilliant twist of fate, the neighboring hall hosted medieval artist Kiki Rockwell, leading to a fascinating “crime scene investigation” in the smoking area. The crowds bled into one another: a sea of Gothic lace, Industrial leather, and Medieval tunics, all unified by the famously inclusive, queer-friendly spirit that Im Wizemann champions. It turns out that whether you’re singing about the witch trials or modern-day atrocities, the outcasts always find a way to party together.

The Anatomy of the Show

From the moment the first notes of “Michelle Carter” rang out, it was clear this wasn’t a standard concert – it was an autopsy of the human soul. SKYND herself was, as always, the unsettling centerpiece. Clad in her iconic, meticulously crafted attire and porcelain-cold makeup, she moved with a jerky, doll-like precision that made “Mary Bell” feel like a nursery rhyme from hell.
Flanking her were Father on bass and synths as well as the drummer, both hidden behind creepy, distorted masks that added a layer of anonymity to the horror. Their silence was deafening; following the band’s strict policy of no stage banter, they let the stories do the talking. The industrial-meets-electronic soundscapes went deep under the skin, leaving the audience not just watching a show, but “bearing witness” to the abyss.
