2025 is coming to an end. Most people count down the days by Christmas or New Year’s Eve. Metalheads are caught in Whamageddon until the bitter end out of the sudden. Nevertheless there are some occasions left over for a good old Headbangers Ball.
Fire Rose
First of all, we would like to recommend our most beloved Swiss band Fire Rose’s Finale Furioso in their “living room” on 13th December at KIK Sissach, Switzerland. Tickets are very limited so get your ticket here now or never. This year’s theme is a Bavarian evening with Goasmass and other specialities. Let’s see what will happen at this legendary small but fine event. Check the other events of KIK Sissach as well and help the club to survive!
Eisheilige Nacht
As second event we would once again like to recommend the Eisheilige Nacht 2025 Tour. It starts at Pratteln on 12th December and continues by 30th December with a total of ten dates. This year’s lineup consists of Subway to Sally of course plus co-headliner Schandmaul as well as Haggefugg and Kupfergold. Please be aware, due to circumstances, the venue of 20th December has changed from Hessenhalle Giessen to Buderus Arena Wetzlar 13 km away.

Now let’s have an outlook over some festivals of summer 2026
First of all, cozy Rock & Metal Day’z, 25th by 27th June at Oschersleben has published the daily schedule. As a Christmas special, a very limited amount of day tickets is on sale until 31st December. Go there if you are happy to support small festivals apart from the big mainstream events. Meet members of the bands in the audience, enjoy short distances, fair prices and a fine and exclusive selection of Music and whisky at this beneficial festival.
We’re becoming slightly bigger. Rockharz Festival in early July has announced 33 more bands, which means the line-up is nearly completed, only a few surprises might follow. Rockharz has as well published the daily schedule and day tickets are on sale. Maybe you even want to combine Rock & Metal Day’z with Rockharz Festival? The distance is less than 50 km, and you can camp for free on the grounds of Rock & Metal Day’z until you settle over.
Finally, and now we become again bigger, Summerbreeze has just announced that it already is sold out. Congratulations! So far, daily schedule is still in progress, thus no day tickets go on sale now so you must be a bit patient, they will be available soon.
