The open air festival season 2023 will start soon. One of the earliest festivals are the Rock & Metal Day’z. They are located next to Motorsportarena Oschersleben.
Last year at the Rock & Metal Day'z I stumbled over a perfect vegan meal. Tasty, not expensive and easy to make with a little preparation. I asked Ute Horn, the cook for the recipe so here it is.
