If you are a fan of Dark and/or Gothic Metal, you have probably heard of Mono Inc. Now Martin Engler, Katha Mia, Carl Fornia and Val Perun are back with a real gem of a tour, their second symphonic tour. It takes Mono Inc. and their orchestral ensemble through 18 German cities and mostly unique venues like the Christuskirche in Bochum, Bad Elster’s König Albert Theater, or St. Matthäus in Munich and many more.

Finnish hardcore outfit Heathen Heart started only a few years ago, but is already making an impact. This tight knit group of seasoned musician makes direct, hard-hitting songs. Their music is heavy and emotional at the same time and is inspired by a variety of styles. One can sense that they have  true passion for music and an interpersonal chemistry, that drives the creative process.

Austrian Death Machine – Quad Brutal

Quad Brutal is the perfect soundtrack on a racetrack or to pump up your muscles in the gym. I believe, it was written and produced to fulfill exactly this role. Nothing more, nothing less. Thus, in its way it is a perfect album which does its job. Go for it if you like very fast, very brutal guitar riffs and harsh vocal or spend a lot of time in your local gym. AND don’t take everything too serious 😉
