After summer holidays with 3 festivals in a row and a lot of writing and editing, it seems to be time for a little release update which of course is not complete and never will be.
July15th is the band we start with. The extreme metal band from Leipzig already released the new single quite some weeks ago on July 3rd. Self-released “Ocean Ruins” convinced with brutal female growls as we know them well from vocalist Cherry Summerfield. These growls perfectly fit to the critical lyrics of the song about ruthless exploitation of the oceans, deep-sea mining, trawling and industrial marine as symbols of profit over life.

Clawfinger released single and video of “Scum” just before I enjoyed them live at Rockharz Festival. It is a very cool Punk-Rap song released by Perception, the new family member of Reigning Phoenix Music.

Warkings released their new album ”Armageddon” on Napalm Records in early July and with it came the single „Hangman’s Night”, one of the highlights of their festival shows so far. This straight Power Metal hymn also features Dominum so here we go.

Enemy Inside made it right in time before they played Wacken 2025 with “Innocent”, the latest video-single of the album “Venom” released by Reigning Phoenix Music in February 2025. Powerful female vocals reign the catchy song but watch and listen yourself.

Wednesday 13 are not “Rotting away” but released it as single on Napalm Records. Straight and fast Heavy Metal with harsh vocals rule. They will also be on their Mid Death Crisis UK/EU Tour in October and November, so check the dates.

The Dark Side Of The Moon not only feature musicians of Amaranthe, Feuerschwanz and Ad Infinitum but a new single as well, once again released by Napalm Records. “,Can’t Catch Me Now“ is their version of Olivia Rodrigo’s original song about the “Hunger Games”which are defeated by this great band with ease… this time.

Primal Fear, once again a band I recently watched at Rockharz Festival released their new single “Tears Of Fire” just a few days ago. Watch out, the Power Metal combo will be on tour with Elaine in September. Check the dates and get your tickets soon. So far, enjoy the video.

Burning Witches are last but not least for now. They will release their new album “Inquisition” on August 22nd. We will review the full album and interview the band a few weeks before so stay tuned but now give the second single “High Priestess of the Night” a listen.
